Being in quarantine during these Corona days made me go through some older sessions and one that stood out was a session I did with Grimmsons back in December 2015. Grimmsons was a unique band to me, there is just so much emotion in their songs. I was really happy with how this session was recorded as well, tracked all live (except vocals) at Rockstar Recordings, Niel, Belgium. To me the band was at the top of their game back then and I thought they had a bright future ahead. But despite their intense live shows, including an appearance at Roadburn in 2016, and more recording sessions, the band called it quits in 2017, due to difficulties keeping up motivation.

From this recording session from 2015, these 3 songs unfortunately never saw the light of day so I decided to revisit and remix this session and asked my buddy and colleague Jens Larsson if he was up for mastering these.

Having talked to Wobbe en Fré, we decided to get those songs 'out there'. Hope you will enjoy them, and feel free to share them. In these current circumstances of being silenced by the lockdown, let Die Stille be deafening.
